Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Duplicate Transactions
If a payment is made twice by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

Clients may cancel services before execution for a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of completion.

6. Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.

7. Service Failures & Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent access to our services, clients may be eligible for compensation, such as a rescheduling option or a partial refund.
