1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for services that have not yet been rendered. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

4. Duplicate Transactions
If a payment is made twice by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

Clients may cancel services before execution for a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of completion.

7. Service Failures & Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent access to our services, clients may be eligible for compensation, such as a rescheduling option or a partial refund.
